BRIDGEPORT—A Bridgeport native who grew up in the city’s
north end has returned to his roots as Scott W. Burrows has been
named Vice President, Human Resources for Visiting Nurse Services
(VNS) of Connecticut. Burrows, 31, earned his Bachelor of Science
degree from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania and
his Master of Science degree from Western Connecticut State University
in Danbury. He comes to VNS after having served as a Human Resources
Partner for the Danbury Health System, Human Resources Advisor for
Norwalk Hospital and Acting Director of Human Resources at Silver
Hill Hospital in New Canaan. He, wife Dana and son Jake reside in
Milford.
